Check-in times are after 4 pm on the day of arrival.
Check-out times are before 10 am on the day of departure unless a specific request for a 2pm late checkout has been agreed in writing.

Nightly rates (inclusive of taxes) for stays less than one week and a minimum of five nights are:

Please call for a rate for stays of more than three weeks. We would also be pleased to provide a US dollar conversion should you require.
No pets and strictly no smoking.
A deposit of £125 (US$200) or 10% of booking whichever is higher is required to confirm a reservation.
Full payment is required 8 weeks before arrival, either by cheque or bank transfer in Sterling or US Dollars. If full payment is not made 8 weeks before arrival it will be assumed that the booking is no longer required and the deposit will be forfeited.
A security deposit of $350 will be required when collecting the keys to cover in the event of any damages. Or for complete peace of mind an insurance policy for $69 (inclusive of taxes) which covers up to $3000 of accidental damages can be arranged with our management company when collecting keys.
Cancellation Policy:
Where notice of cancellation is received the following charges apply:
- More than 8 weeks prior to arrival - loss of deposit paid to confirm booking
- 6 - 8 weeks prior to arrival - 25% of booking cost
- 4 - 6 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of booking cost
- 2 - 4 weeks prior to arrival - 75% of booking cost
- 2 weeks before arrival - 100% of booking cost
To comply with Florida Law the main renter must be over 21 years old and no parties under 21 years old.
