About the Condo

Bella Piazza is located in Davenport and combines the ambiance of a modern resort community with the elegance, comfort and beauty of traditional Mediterranean style buildings.

Bella Piazza's resort facilities include a spacious clubhouse, games room, business centre, two resort-style pools, outdoor spa, children's water playground at the main pool resort complex, fitness centre, 2 outdoor kitchen and BBQ grills (one in the main clubhouse resort complex and another in a smaller resort complex)with all this set in lush tropical landscaping.

Brand new vacation home in Florida. Bella Piazza is located 8 miles from Disney, in close proximity to a number of championship golf courses and within reasonable driving distance of the beach. The condo is also located within walking distance of a Publix Supermarket. Our condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is located on the first floor overlooking the main pool area. The condo also benefits from WiFi Internet connectivity. The property will sleep 6 comfortably however a further two guests can be accommodated by utilising the bed sofa. There is a lift in each building.

Our condo is professionally managed for us by IPG Property Management. The keys for the condo are collected direct from their offices and they are open daily to ensure that there is always someone to greet you and answer any queries.

Kitchen

Fully-equipped with dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer and granite kitchen tops and granite bar top with bar stools. There is a separate closet with a washer and dryer for your convenience

Dining Area

Formal dining area with seating for 6. Granite bar top with 2 bar stools.

Living Area

Tiled living room with two 3-seat sofas, one that can be used as a sofa bed, a 42" flat-screen TV with cable and DVD player, wireless internet connection.

Master Bedroom

King-size bed, 26" flat-screen TV with cable and DVD player, closet with sliding mirrored doors and direct access to the covered balcony overlooking the pool area. The master also has a gorgeous en-suite bathroom with tiled floor, an oval-shaped bath, a separate shower cubicle, toilet and his n' her vanities with marble tops.

2nd Bedroom

Overlooking the rear of the property, queen size bed, closet with sliding mirrored doors, 26” flat-screen TV with cable and beautiful ensuite bathroom

3rd Bedroom

Overlooking the pool area with twin beds and closet with sliding mirror doors and 26" flat-screen TV with cable. The communal bathroom is just next to the 3rd bedroom.

Communal Bathroom

The Communal bathroom includes a tiled floor, bath with overhead shower, single vanity with granite top and toilet.

Additional Equipment

Additional equipment e.g. a pack & play and highchair are available in the condo for your use.

Outside

There is a beautiful balcony with table and four chairs overlooking the pool area
